Our teachers are experienced and enjoy working with children of this age group (children from ages three and a half to four years old).  Our teachers foster a safe and fun classroom environment conducive to learning and promoting excellent student/teacher interaction.  There is a high teacher to student ratio, which gives us the ability to give each child the appropriate attention and care necessary, futher enhancing faster and better learning in the Chinese language.

Immersion

Teachers also engage children in singing, conversation, and creative games relating to the lesson and/or the language in order to improve the Chinese language.  This creates a fun and exciting learning environment and increases the students' interest in learning Chinese.

The ability to communicate in Chinese is the main goal of our curriculum from kindergarten to grade six.  Students obtain a solid foundation in the language and culture with strong emphasis on listening, speaking, reading and writing.  They learn a wide range of vocabulary words and usage that are applicable to everyday life.

Immersion

Our students will learn to appreciate Chinese culture through art, songs, and poems.

After taking our courses, students are confident in interacting with people in Chinese and reading a Chinese newspaper or book.

Our adult program strongly emphasizes the goal of learning to speak, listen, and communicate effectively in Chinese.

Our classroom teachers will take students who have limited or no knowledge at all of how to communicate in Chinese and work to develop a deep appreciation and knowledge for the Chinese culture and language.

Our energetic native-speaking teachers will prepare students to adapt well in an only Chinese speaking environment, to expand their social network, and to utilize these skills to be successful both personally as well as in a business environment.
